Prashant brings in 25 years of experience in Banking, Finance & Insurance, and the Telecom Industry. He has vast experience in designing and developing innovative software solutions in the Lending, Credit & Repayment Management, and Debt Recovery space and specializes in managing large-scale transformation programs spanning multi-countries and across Europe, SEA, Africa, the Middle East, and the Indian Sub-continent. He has led various initiatives of Digital transformations, Cloud & SaaS Models and helped organizations achieve operational efficiencies and minimize financial credit risk using robotic automation, and AI / ML-based decision analytics.
Before joining Pennant, Prashant worked with EbixCash Financial Technologies (Erstwhile Indus Software), a Multi-National company implementing lending solutions globally and in India. He handled global deliveries, product assurance, product development, lead application support group, Presales, Technology Alliances, and Business Development. Prashant’s hobbies are motorcycle riding, travelling, and tennis. Prashant holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce & finance, an MBA Degree in Business Analytics & Marketing, Post Graduate Master’s Diploma in Software, Infrastructure, and network engineering, and has undergone a program in Applied Credit Risk Analysis from IIM Kashipur.
