Fixed price model ensures control on financials and timelines of the project wherein the project value, the duration and the features of the solution including the scope will be agreed at the time of contract signing. This model delivers the best value when the business requirements, scope of the project are clear and are detailed enough.
This model is a right-fit model that provides clients with the necessary flexibility when there is a concern over progress in remote projects with clear requirements and well defined scope.
Price will be pre-negotiated and is fixed for the entire deliverable and the entire effort including the key milestones will be derived and agreed upon prior to the initiation of the work. This model offers improved transparency enabling clients to monitor the progress of the milestones and reduce any risk of delay.
Payment linked to milestones and agreed timelines can also be adopted in this model, which will offer additional comfort level to the customers.
In order to offer our clients the maximum, we often customize the engagement model and we can even derive a hybrid model with a combination of the fixed-price model and Time & Material model.
